Subscription

We use in-app purchases to manage Epoch Pro membership. It is available as a monthly or yearly subscription, and also as a one-time purchase that never expires.

The monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically, and your account will be charged unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Epoch offers three ways to unlock Pro features:

• Epoch Pro Lifetime (one payment)
• Epoch Pro Monthly (billed every month; you can cancel at any time)
• Epoch Pro Yearly (billed every year; you can cancel at any time)

You can manage your subscriptions in the App Store at any time.

We provide professional features for guitar learners:

• Custom tunings
• Practice statistics
• Goals and reminders
• Auto mode for the tuner
• Pitch detection across all 88 piano notes, for perfect pitch training

Refunds

We are sorry to hear that you want a refund. Please contact us first to tell us about your experience; we respect your choice. Refunds are handled by Apple rather than the developer, so please contact Apple Support directly. More information is available here.

We may update our Terms of Service from time to time, so you are advised to review this page periodically. We will post any changes on this page, and they take effect as soon as they are posted.
